What are the different delivery services that we offer?

Free carriage on web orders over £80

Before noon: £10 extra
Before 10:30am: £15 extra

What are the cut-off times for different methods?

Online plain stock order received prior to 4pm (subject to seasonal change) on any normal working day will be scheduled for despatch on the same day - subject to stock availability.

How do forward orders work?

The due date on your order confirmation is the date that the order will leave our despatch centre, and you will then receive your order the next working day (excluding Highlands & Islands).
Orders not taken within two weeks of the originally agreed despatch date will be cancelled.

What days do you ship on holiday periods?

We don’t despatch on standard bank holidays or during the Christmas period.
There may be additional BTS support on occasion.

Order tracking?

If we have your mobile telephone number and your e-mail address, DPD will contact you via these methods to advise of your estimated delivery time.

What if I'm not in to receive delivery?

DPD will attempt to deliver next day. After 2 attempts, delivery will be returned to Banner Ltd.
Please note that deliveries to residential addresses may not always follow this format.
