Sample request policy
Banner Ltd – Sample Request Policy
At Banner Ltd, we understand the importance of seeing and feeling a product before making a purchase decision. However, please note that providing free samples comes at a cost to our business. While we strive to support our customers wherever possible, we are unable to offer free samples to everyone due to the unsustainable nature of such a practice.
Requesting Samples
If you would like to request a product sample, please contact your Banner Ltd representative or our Customer Service team at customerservice@banner.co.uk.
To qualify for free samples with no carriage charges, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be a stock product from our Brochure and must not be embellished. [2025 Schoolwear & Sportswear Brochure by Banner Ltd - Issuu]
- The request must be for one size per product and colour only.
- The delivery address must be a registered business address belonging to your company.
Requests Outside of These Conditions
If your request does not meet the above criteria, you may still request a sample;
however, charges may apply for:
- The garments
- Any embellishments
- Additional processing or delivery
Returns of Samples
You may return any sample for full credit (if a charge was originally levied), provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns and Refunds Terms and Conditions. This requires return to be raised within 3 months of receipt of goods, they must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. You must have an authorised return number before sending the garments back to us, please contact customerservice@banner.co.uk should you need to arrange.
Please note:
Banner Ltd reserves the right to refuse sample requests at any time, at our discretion.
