There’s a variety of standard designs available or bespoke designs tailored to suit a school, team or club’s requirements. Orion sublimation is also supported by contemporary cut and sew garments, giving a school or team a professional look with comfortable sportswear that consistently performs.
ORION CUT & SEW
Cut & sew sportswear refers to garments made by stitching together individual fabric panels that have been cut to shape. Unlike sublimation, designs are typically added through embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer. This method offers a more traditional look, with high durability and structure — perfect for creating professional, high-quality sportswear that blends performance with style.
ORION SUBLIMATION
Orion sublimated sportswear is expertly crafted using a process where your chosen designs, colours, and logos are infused directly into the fabric using heat and pressure. This results in vibrant, durable graphics that won’t peel, crack, or fade — ideal for high-performance teamwear that’s lightweight, comfortable, and completely unique. Our sublimation products are produced overseas, with a lead time of approximately 10–12 weeks, so early planning is key to meeting your deadlines.
*10-12 weeks’ delivery timing starts from artwork approval and order sign-off on sublimated garments.
