How can I submit feedback to Banner Ltd?

Please submit your feedback to customerservice@banner.co.uk, your email must contain;

-Your Company Name
-Trade Account Number with Banner Ltd
-Your Banner Ltd Regional Sales Manager
-Detailed account of your feedback
-Any applicable Banner Ltd Order Numbers, Despatch Numbers and/or Invoice Numbers

An acknowledgement of your email will be sent confirming receipt with 24 hours. Following this, a member of the Customer Services Team will aim to respond within 5-7 Working Days.
